If you are registered owner of our products, then please include your
reference number (Ref.No.) into the subject line of your e-mail messages
— this may speed things up. You can find your Ref.No. in the
registration letter from ShareIt!
— our payment processor. If you've lost your Ref.No., you can try to
restore it at ShareIt's Customer Care
Center.
Also, it might be a good idea to include a product name into the subject
line, because this will help your letter to pass through spam and virus
filters.
