I've done much fiddling with CooljsTree and have it working to my satisfaction for NN, Mozilla, for PC and Mac, Safari for Mac, Firebird for Mac, but IE 5.x and 6.x for PC and IE 5.x for Mac are giving me fits.
What I'm trying to do is change the look and feel of CooljsTree so it is contained in a table. I'm able to position the CooljsTree over a table that has very nice borders and I'm able to make the background of the CooljsTree solid colors, have seperator lines to my liking etc.
On NN, Mozilla and Safari everything looks beautiful and is properly aligned. But on IE for both PC and Mac, the nodes vary in length on the right side. No amount of alignment and width fiddling makes these guys line up on the right side. Each node extends out about ten pixels beyond the one above it, making the right side look like a staircase. Now I realize that this issue is probably an inheritance issue on the Mac side, but is this also true with IE on the PC?
Anyone have any luck making your trees look good with a solid background color?
