One simple thing I can't figure out. I would like to change the font and center text on each button. Is this possible?

Yes, sure. Proably you have some CSS code, and chances that your menu is based on one of our samples. If it is so, then find clsCMOn and clsCMOver classes and add "text-align: center;" attribute, "font: .." or whatever.
