Help Sad

I have a page consiting of 3 frames, top, left and right. I have constructed a menu tree which works fine on a singe page with no frames, but when I add the menu to the left frame all the links open the web pages in that menu frame.
What do I need to do to make the web pages open in the right hand frame?
I have read the previous message about this problem but I still do not know how to do it, I am only just beginning to play with web pages, JAVA and menu.
