Have others had problems with getting updates?

Hi All
I have just bought cooljsmenu pro but was given an old version on my download link and when i try to log on to the jcsd support site it does not recognise my email or reference number set up through shareit. Have others had the same problem?
Support have not answered emails which is a worrying sign.
I need the new version because of corss-browser problems in the one I've got.
Can anyone help please?
