how to get a right position for the image background?

Working with menuPro and Builder:
relative position, vertical menu

1) on the first item my bg image is ok, but is not on the second, and so on.
Is it necessary to calculate all positions for all items separately? How does it work?

2) is it possible to put the same bckg image for all items and to write ON the different names ?
