Database Support not found in product as promised

I have sent three emails to your support, sales, and info email links provided on your site. Each one of those was returned to me as undeliverable. Here is my issue:

I purchased the pro-version of the tree menu script this evening. In your information you state that the pro-version has database support...but there were no example scripts provided in the download. This is troubling to me, especially when it seems that in your forums you do not always reply to clients' questions about database connectivity with your product. Please forward me all of your database support scripts or I will need a refund for this product. This is how your product is advertised on your site at http://javascript.cooldev.com/scripts/cooltree/ :

"Tree can be populated from databse. Professional package includes samples for ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, Perl."

Note that it says "Professional package includes samples for ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, Perl."

THERE ARE NO SUCH SAMPLES IN THE PACKAGE. Please correct this and send me ALL database examples that you provide for your clients ASAP. There was NO indication that I would have to wait for these examples. I'm a web-developer and could probably build the script myself...but time is money and your product was meant to save me time in development. Now it is just costing me time (and it has already cost me the $49). I will expect to recieve these samples within 24 hours or I will want a full refund.
