Top item disappears when menu drops down

Hi, we recently upgraded to coolmenupro v2.1.4. When the cursor moves to a menu item, the menu drops down but the initial top item disappears. For example, suppose that the "main" menu item is "Flavor" and the sub-items are "vanilla", "chocolate", and "cookie dough". When you move the cursor onto "Flavor", the menu drops down but "Flavor" disappears. Is there any way to prevent this behavior? If not we will unfortunately have to use a previous version. Thanks.

COOLjsMenu Professional 2.1.4 is a rather old version. Please, update it to at least 2.4.1. You can always get the latest versions of all our scripts(which you have purchased) at our Customer Care Center:
