CoolBuilder pro - how do I get it??

I paid for it and all I get is a register key - no indication as to where to download the program from. The version on the website doesn't require a key.


I also got sent coolmenu when I ordered cooltree pro!

I've emailed shareit for info and got no reply apart from them offering a refund!!

I don't want a refund - I want to use the programs I paid for. I know this is not the forum to raise the issue, but if you cant get a sane response from the people who supply it, what are you supposed to do?

You should in fact download the program from the site.

Download, install and start. Then go to the menu "Help" and open it. Here you will find "Registration Info". Click and you can add your reg-key and unlock the pro features.

Only problem is that shareit have sent me the wrong registration key as well as the wrong program

Oh well - I'll have to keep nagging them.
