If you are offering forums and support and charging for your product, maybe you should READ and REPLY to your email and posts here!

As developers, we make our living by creating websites, sometimes using your tools as integral part of the creative process. Your help and fast reply could save us loads of time wasted on experiments and many trials and errors involved in trying to figure out how to use your product.

We have clients and they are not willing to wait for weeks in order to have solutions for their problems...

As your paying clients, we are also RUNNING OUT OF TIME!

Thanks and Marry Christmas,
Dejan V.

We do not have too much people here. And last 1.5 months we've been busy creating new version of COOLjsTree Professional and COOLjsMenu Professional, and also new version of the builder.

At the very begining it was looking like "just another new version" - couple of features, couple of bug fixes. But then it grew into major release, and actually menu and tree scripts were rewritten almost from scratch ("almost" means that we did not start from scratch but rather we did rewrite every line of the code). In August similar code rewrite was done to COOLjsOutlookBar Professional, and that product now really rocks. We hope that new menu and tree also will be great. Really, they already are great, but we have to prepare new docs, samples, demos, and themes. This is a lot of work, and as I said earlier, we do not have too much people here.

Looks like we have to hire at least one more person to keep high turnaround rate.
