Clickabe image is not appearing for the topmost parent

I am trying construct a tree by using the following format

I want clickable image button to appear for all the parents, but it doesn't appear for the topmost parent, instead the blank button image appears.

If anyone could help to find out why it is not appearing, it is greatly appreciated.

Check your tree_nodes.js file - it should not contain individual image definitions ("format:{...}").
