trying to get upgrade

I have been a user of cooljstree since it was known as NosTree Pro.
I'm trying to upgrade, I have sent 4 emails over a 2 week period
and still have not got a response. any ideas?
I have sent emails to jssupport@cooldev.com, jssales@cooldev.com, jsinfo@cooldev.com, info@softdrawer.com and darknos@cooldev.com
to no avail.

As of Sept. 21, 2008 still no response from Sergey Nosenko !
Share-it has even emailed him, again no response.
