I already have the Top Bar of Navigation Built into my page. I dont want to change it since its dynamic and some fields dont appear for some types of users. Can I use CoolMenuJs only for the SubMenus when a user Mouseovers the Current Bar? In other words I will have a Top Bar in place and I should be able to call the submenus made in cooljsmenu by saying onmouseover="showsubmenu()"
So I will use cooljsmenu only for the Sub Menus and not the MainBar. Can this be done?
If yes I think I will purchase the Pro Version.

You can use same technique as in this sample: http://javascript.cooldev.com/scripts/coolmenupro/demos/frames/. I.e. your custom top level items will show and hide COOLjsMenu PRO's submenus.

That seems to be fine but will I have to use frames? Currently I dont and would rather not use frames. I havent looked too deeply into the script but I guess it should be possible.

No, you will not. That sample just demonstrates the technique how you can glue menu with some other HTML element. Alternatively you can use menu in popup mode: http://javascript.cooldev.com/scripts/coolmenupro/demos/popup/.
