I emailed the support email address you listed yesterday twice and I have not gotten any response. If I do not get a response with 24 hours then I'm calling my credit card company to stop payment since you are not providing the free 5 responses as promised.

Do you have an email address that somebody actually answers?

Use jssupport@cooldev.com. As I can see from my records, my support letters where send to you within 24 hours...
