I keep getting the error "COOLjsTree not defined"

Also, how do I upgrade to Pro if needed

Tutorials are on their way. Try to ask tech. support by e-mail - jssupport@cooldev.com. But "COOLjsTree is undefined" obviously means that COOLjsTree is undefined in the scope of the page you are trying to load - i.e. inclusion directive <script src="cooltree.js"></script> does not point to real file. Check the path.
