The pro version is significantly more capable, so, presumably, the code is significantly longer. Are the menu load times significantly longer as well (assuming dial-up rather than broadband speeds)?

Latest stable version of the COOLjsMenu PRO is 15.7Kb, while latest stable version of COOLjsMenu is 12.8Kb. Diffrence is 3Kb less than one second for deal-up users.
