Issue when using COOLjsMenu and Lightbox combo in IE

I'm building my new website and found a strange problem.

I made the menu with COOLjsMenu and that is working like clockwork.

My fotoalbum is using Lightbox for making it more interactive.

Problem is that when I view it in IE 6 or 7 Lightbox is not being used (It opens a new page and posts the foto there)
When viewing in FireFox every thing works fine Confused

I know IE has a lot of bugs/quirks/abnormalities regarding js in general but I havent found a fix for this yet.

Any idea why this occurs and when yes how to fix this?

I included my <head> tags

I use COOLjsMenu 2.9.4 and Lightbox 2.03.3 (all latest releases as far as I know)
