Hi,
After some search through google I realized that cooljsmenu is the code that i need. Especially the feature "Popup in particular position (250,550)" in this page http://javascript.cooldev.com/scripts/coolmenu/demos/popup/ . But the thing is when you rollout, the menu doesn't hide. Is this how it works or a bug or example is not the full fersion?

It is behavior by design. Rightclick your desktop and move mouse out - the popup won't hide, it waits for your click. So does our menu.
