I have sent two emails this week seeking support and have yet to receive a response.

I purchased COOLjsMenuPRO_2.1.4 on 11/14/06. I am now having the same problem that was discussed in this forum posted 6/21/06 labeled “root level rollover effect” by neiltimmerman. Alex Kunin’s response was to upgrade to either current version of the menu, 2.4.8 or current unreleased version of the menu, 2.6.3.

When I try to login to http://javascript.cooldev.com/update/ to obtain the update for current version of the menu, my email address is not recognized (I created my account at purchase time). Neither is my reference number, which I received from share it! at purchase time, recognized.

I am very happy with the software; my menus look great. I simply want to upgrade to eliminate bugs. I will take either upgrade (either current version of the menu, 2.4.8 or current unreleased version of the menu, 2.6.3.) but I need someone to get back to me with some assistance.
