I have sent you two e-mails regarding the server-side samples of CoolJsTree Pro without any reply.

On your website you promise that your paying customers will receive samples of server-side code included in the Pro version. If I have simply managed to miss it among the files in the zip could you please just tell me where to look?

I have the same problem, and really need to resolve it quickly. The password retrieval tool doesn't seem to be working. There is no response to it. I've also emailed sales and support with no response. Please help!

I've checked password retreival service a minute ago, and it works fine. Probably, the message with your password is blocked by some anti-spam software. Can you check your spam-box, please?

I checked my deleted and my junk mail, and nothing there. And I have received other email, so the account is working. Is there some other way to get the password?
