The position of the menu changes when i resize the browser

Hi,

Is there a way to set the position of the menu as relative instead of absolute? if you check this website I’m building www.johealthydiet.com the position of the menu defers if you either resize the browser or change the monitor resolution (like from 1024x768 into 1152x864).

Is there a way to set the position by a TD or a table’s edge instead of the whole page’s edge? The code I’m using is quite old but it does everything I need. It’s version (1.8.7)
