Is it possible to verticaly align the menutext with COOLjsBuilder?

You need to use 'PADDING-TOP' in the CSS style you are using. Please, go to Style Editor (Tools | Style Edytor) and set the need 'PADDING-TOP' value in the CSS style you are using. Like this, for example:
