How can I control the output locations from the generation process?

When I generate a Tree (pro) I don't want to generate all the pieces each time. I don't need the index.html file and the cooltreepro.js files. In addition I would like to define where to place each to the files in the web site so all the files are referencing each other properly in the right locations.

How can I accomplish this?

Sorry, but this can't be done in the current version of COOLjsBuilder. Maybe, will try to implement it in the next version. But we can't promise you when it is released.
