If you are a registered customer, then you can get updated version of the script at any time by visiting our Customer Care Center at http://www.jscd-support.com/. For more information please, visit this page: http://javascript.cooldev.com/update/.

If for some reason you can't get an update at Customer Care Center, then send description of your problem to javascript@cooldev.com. Don't forget to include the following:

  • reference number
  • e-mail address (the same as in your registration info)
  • name (the same as in your registration info)

Having just purchased pro I am trying to get the latest version through the support site, but it does not recognise my email or reference number from the shareit order and I have had no reply to emails.
Is there a problem? This forum is a bit of a last resort.
Feeling a bit let-down at this point.
Hope someone can help

I too am having a problem logging in to the customer care site. It does not recognize my email or my reference number.

The download link when I purchased to software was an old version and the menus will not show. I wish to have the latest as it was all working on the standard-lite version just fine.

I bought the ProVersion just and have still the same problem like last post. The mail comes with a link to old version 2.1.4 and the "Customer Care Center" don't know my email or ref number. I can't get an update of the ProVersion and my Menu testet with the normal version doesn't work anymore.

I'm a little bit disappointed and hope to get some help
